We started out as real estate investors.  We purchase homes that are in need of repair, give them the love and attention they needed to look nice again, and sell them!  

Many homes in our inventory are being sold on a rent-to-own, or lease option program.  The staff of Allcreditconsidered.com has helped countless people buy homes through our lease option program.  Many of these people had experienced a bankruptcy or foreclosure in the past and now have an opportunity to rebuild.

Because of the alarming foreclosure rate in Ohio we felt the need to expand our business to help homeowners who may be at risk of losing their house.  We receive phone calls daily from homeowners looking for a place to move because they are falling behind and may lose their home to foreclosure. We have the knowledge and experience working with banks and mortgage companies to educate homeowners of their options and facilitate their decisions.  

ACC Home Realty, LLC is our real estate brokerage.  We provide traditional real estate services to buyers and sellers, with an emphasis on full customer service. Ohio’s Home Rescue is a team of licensed real estate professionals through ACC Home Realty, LLC.   Ohio’s Home Rescue focuses primarily on helping homeowners in pre-foreclosure situations. This team is dedicated to educating homeowners on available options to avoid foreclosure and ultimately help them move on with their lives.
